Lesley has another pre-disciplinary hearing meeting. Her charges say "You have exhibited poor work performance, gross incompetence, conduct unbecoming, and repeated failure to work in accordance with City polices."
The private details of Lesley's last disciplinary action were not released in order to protect the people who were involved and not cause them any distress.

In addition to all of these interactions (while claiming they don't have time or resources for a racial equity audit), this e-mail between Margaret Lurie (EPL Board of Trustees) and Karen Danczak-Lyons (Director of EPL) on March 10 illustrates that the Evanston Public Library has been trying to figure out how to fire Lesley Williams since even before her last hearing.
